Don has over 20 years of experience with business process reengineering and implemenatation of the SAP Tax and Revenue Management solution. He has held leadership roles at Deloitte and Bearingpoint for Tax and Revenue practice . He has guided advise on the techno-functional design, quality assurance and on structuring project teams.

Nasser provides strong conceptual, architectural and operational leadership during the entire life-cycle of the project. He is skilled in managing Strategic Programs. Nasser’s application development and business experience spans multiple industries. Over the last twenty years he has focused on Public Electric Utilities and Public Sector Revenue Management clients.

Lorrie is a CPA in Texas, and holds the Master of Professional Accountancy degree. Prior to going Utilica she was a Solution Manager for Public Sector Collection and Disbursements (Tax and Revenue Management) for the North American Market. She is a respected advisor to the Public Sector customer community supporting GASB and IFRS reporting requirements.
